Job Title: Tax Manager
Job Location: San Diego, CA or Fully Remote
Job Salary: $110-140k
Requirements: CPA License, Tax Preparation, Supervisory Experience
We are a company that offers a comprehensive variety of CPA services to our customers that include accounting, representation during practice transitions, partnership consulting, business and personal financial planning, and investment management. Our objective is to assist business owners in realizing their unique concept of success. We achieve this by managing their finances effectively and comprehensively with the main point of contact who is an expert in their particular sector.
Due to our growth, we are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our team!
The ideal candidates will have their CPA license in the state of California, at least 5+ years of public accounting and tax preparation experience, and management experience.
Any experience with project management, client/customer service, and working with a variety of clients in different industries will all be highly preferred.

What You Will Be Doing
- Working directly with clients to formulate the implications and best course of financial action based on research and findings.
- Management of projects to ensure quality deliverables are on time, in scope, and within budget.
- Effectively managing, mentoring, and training your direct reports.
- Developing relationships with clients and potential new business through constant communication and networking.
- Owning your specialized areas of public accounting and being a resource to others within the company.
