What You Will Be Doing
We are looking for an organized manager who can produce high-quality work while maintaining strong relationships with our current clients. The ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions and take initiative while staying focused on results and the performance objectives of this job is a must. Staff development skills, ability to lead a team of professionals by example while also possessing solid time management skills are important as well.
What You Need for this Position
- 4+ years of experience w/ income tax preparation for individuals, partnerships/LLCs, S Corporations, C Corporations, trusts, estates, and non-profit organizations
- 2+ years of Management experience
- CPA (PLUS)
- Tax Law knowledge
- Reviews skills: 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1041 returns
- Leadership skills
- Ability to train and supervise staff
- Flexibility to work over 40 hours during peak season
