IT Supply Chain ERP Systems Specialist

- Primary IT liaison to the Supply Chain function responsible for the overall management and delivery of IT services
- Lead efforts to create and refine new business processes to support growing operations, translating into functional and system requirements for future enhancements or solutions
- Lead the selection, development, integration, and implementation of new solutions critical to managing the operational aspects of the business
- Act as change agent in the transition to new systems and processes
- Partner with leaders to identify opportunities to evaluate, sequence, and shape initiatives for strategic value; develop future roadmaps
- Innovate using knowledge and awareness of industry trends to identify new opportunities
- Advocate as a champion of change for Supply Chain strategic plans
- Support and contribute to development of IT strategy to support Supply Chain function

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Information Technology is desired
- 6+ years of software and/or business experience across Supply Chain, in a manufacturing environment with ERP experience
- Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, Independent self-starter able to self-direct and take constructive action in ambiguous situations
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills, with a high capacity to not only manage change, but influence and lead others through change. Able to successfully communicate across technical and non-technical users.
- Proven program/project management skills
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with technical subject matter experts to compile accurate and complete information as needed, as well as gather information across cross functional disciplines to create concise summaries
- Highly adaptable to working in fast-paced, high growth environment
- ERP experience (MS Dynamics 365 preferred)
