What You Will Be Doing
**The chosen Superintendent/Alt QC will oversee design-build civil infrastructure projects for our Federal Services Division. The immediate need is on a 53 acre site on an Air Force Base. Tasks may include (but are not limited to):
- Overseeing field personnel
- Working closely with the Senior Project Manager to proactively address potential concerns
- Ensuring the highest standards of performance and professionalism are maintained throughout all aspect of the projects construction efforts
- Ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly reports are completed accurately and on time
- Conducting weekly Construction Meetings with stakeholders to discuss/resolve all open matters impacting project execution
- Managing the performance of all subs to ensure proper execution of their respective scope and full compliance with contract requirements
- Providing direct oversight of, and support for, the SSHO's field efforts to ensure compliance with the Safety Plan and OSHA requirements
What You Need for this Position
10+ years of relevant civil construction experience and:
- Bachelors Degree (Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture)
- OSHA 30
- Active CQM cert
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to obtain a security clearance if required
- USACE/NAVFAC/DoD project experience PREFERRED
