What You Will Be Doing
-Advise the Project Manager of circumstances and issues that will have a significant impact on the project schedule
-Work with Project Team, track job progress and job costs (Time and Material work)
-Orchestrate a plan from the beginning of construction to completion of the project including accurately coordinating project construction activities for scheduling purposes
-Document issues and problems that have developed along with identification of the person(s) responsible for their resolution
What You Need for this Position
-At least 5 years of Superintendent Experience
-Valid Drivers license
-Knowledge of scheduling software and construction management software
-Strong leadership skills
-Great communication skills(verbal and written)
