With over 30 years of professional experience, our client is a privately-owned multi-service construction company from Irvine, CA. This client specializes in Design Build, New Construction, Construction Management, Tenant Improvement, Heavy Civil, and Self Perform Services.

They are seeking a Superintendent with at least 3 years of professional experience in Residential Construction, Commercial Construction, and Multi Family to join their growing company.

What You Will Be Doing

- Maintain site cleanliness
- Manage best safety policies + procedures
- Manage and publish weekly subcontractor schedule
- Record day-to-day happenings for the job site
- Organize project logistics
- Oversee project execution
- Uphold local and federal regulations

What You Need for this Position

At least 3 years of professional experience with:
- Residential Construction
- Commercial Construction
- Multi Family Knowledge

- Bachelor of Science degree is highly preferred in Construction Management, Construction Technology, Engineering, Architecture, or related degree
