We are a full-service General Contractor who Real estate Developers and Owners in the Vegas area have relied on for years to deliver top of the line building projects. Right now we are looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team! If you have experience in our field of MULTIFAMILY CONSTRUCTION, please waste no time in applying!

What You Will Be Doing

- Site development
- Ground up construction
- Construction of apartment complexes, town homes, condos, etc.
- Scheduling, Staffing, Cost analysis etc.
- Buyout/closeout

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years of Superintendent experience
- BS in Construction Management or Related Field a huge plus
- Experience in Multifamily & Residential Construction
- Construction Supervision
