Superintendent (#1 US Home Builder)

- Directing the construction activities at the building site
- Scheduling and approving subcontractors for all phases of development and construction
- Maintaing a safe work site and compliance with building codes
- Handle all scheduled inspections by verifying completion and passing score
- Authorize payment of subcontractors upon inspection of work
- Homeonwer orientation and any re-walks ensuring homeowner satisfaction
- Daily inspections of homes under construction
- Follow up with homeonwers to ensure concerns are addressed in timely manner
- Develops and maintains good rapport with subcontractors, homeowners, city offficals, and inspectors
- Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner
- Execute company policies and enforces uniformity on construction methods to ensure complaince with quality standards
- Suggest improvements within system
- Ability to work additional hours as necessary to meet business needs

- 3+ Years Experience as a Superindendent in high volume home building
- High School Diploma
- MUST be able to manage and complete JD Edwards - 13 Milestones of Construction
- Proficient with MS Office
- Building codes and permit regulation knowledge
- Formal constrtuction management or trade schooling preferred
