What You Will Be Doing
- Direct activities of workers concerned with the construction and/or renovation of buildings.
- Determine work schedule and manpower levels for each project assignment.
- Ensure proper start-up and close-out of projects including obtaining appropriate documentation from vendors and/or subcontractors.
- Maintain and organize updated on-site plans and project files.
- Supervise total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.
- Perform estimating and pricing of small jobs and change orders.
- Work in conjunction with Project Manager to provide information necessary to complete project plan.
What You Need for this Position
- 8+ years of PM or Superintendent experience with ground-up commercial construction .
- strong knowledge of construction divisions 1-16.
- OSHA 30-hour certification required.
- Completion of the AGC STP course or willingness to work toward completion.
