What You Will Be Doing
Develop thorough excavation plans, including sequencing, equipment needs, and manpower requirements, in collaboration with project managers.
Verify comprehension of the project specifications, review the project documentation, specifications, and design plans.
Ensure the timely supply of tools, materials, and resources, coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Create and put into action project schedules to ensure timeline adherence.
Control excavation activities, such as trenching, grading, and the installation of utilities.
Manage and plan the usage of large machinery and equipment to increase output and efficiency.
Monitoring and enforcing safety standards, compliance, and industry best practices.
Guarantee the project parameters are being followed and the quality of the excavation work, conduct routine inspections.
