This is an opportunity to join the IoT Platform Software Team within our IoT Platform Business Division. As part of this team, you'll engineer next-generation embedded firmware solutions to drive our next-generation MCU products. You will be an integral part of a team developing embedded software for our next-generation ARM Cortex-M-based MCUs. Our focus and growth include the Automotive, Industrial, infrastructure, and IoT industries.

What You Will Be Doing

- Develop embedded firmware solutions based on MCU hardware features and low-level firmware algorithms

- Architect and develop embedded solutions for connected IoT applications

- Define, specify and develop the trusted platform technology for the next generation of leading-edge IoT embedded platforms

- Utilize firmware development SDLC processes and best practices to drive high performance and high-quality code and solutions

- Create and maintain embedded C code for ARM MCU projects

- Develop firmware drivers, middleware and 3rd party integration code

- Debug, test, document and deploy code for use by our partners and customers

What You Need for this Position

- 5-7 years of experience with at least 3 years in embedded development
- Expert in embedded development and ARM Cortex-M architecture
- Experience working with 3rd party developers and offshore teams
- Expert in embedded C
- Hands-on experience with software engineering processes and tools
- RTOS and related stacks / middleware
- Experience developing in Linux environment
- Hands-on system bring-up, testing, and debugging skills
