What You Will Be Doing
Overseeing commercial construction projects based on a solid understanding of construction drawings, details, specifications, and responsibilities of individual parties. Due to the company's current growth and backlog, there are certainly opportunities to grow into Senior or General Superintendent roles in the future.
- Planning and ensuring execution by subcontractors to construct buildings that meet project specifications and schedule.
- Coordinating with all subcontractors to make sure they work cohesively together.
- Verify jobsite safety, work in progress, and on site quality.
- Must work well with the project team to ensure all aspects of the project are anticipated, planned, and executed.
- Working with a Project Manager to ensure the project is managed with the budget in consideration.
- Finally, the superintendent must align each tradesman on site with the Owner and Design team's expectations.
What You Need for this Position
10+ years of experience with the following:
- Superintendent
- Commercial Construction
- General Contracting
- Design Build
- Multi-Family, Retail, Hospitality, Industrial, Manufacturing, & Office construction projects
