What You Will Be Doing
-Architect and design new processes utilizing Salesforce Lightning LWC framework
-Implementing SOAP and REST API services to connect Salesforce with other internal systems
-Provide expert scalable solutions utilizing Apex classes, Visualforce pages, controllers, triggers and customizing per business needs
-Implementing Batch and Schedulable Apex interfaces for processing large data sets in scheduled intervals
-Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve critical support system issues
-Able to showcase a good understanding of the salesforce data model and its architecture
-Automating business requirements using flows, process builders, workflow rules
-Improving the software development lifecycle with CI/CD implementation
-Oversee Salesforce support queue for internal employees, change requests and external community users
-Perform data management tasks, including data imports and mass updates using Dataloader.io, data loader, workbench
-Improve usability and design of all systems and document release notes
-Is an advocate for best practices and encourages them on the team
What You Need for this Position
-4 10 years of experience administering and configuring at least one of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud
-Salesforce Service Cloud Certified Strongly Preferred
-Salesforce Platform Dev 1 certification
-Salesforce Platform Dev 2 certification
-Familiar with Scrum and Agile methodologies
-Proven experience with SFDC automation tools (Flows, Workflow, Visual Flow, Process Builder)
-Critical thinker, problem solver and analytical enough to debug problems in real time and provide solutions
-Trailhead Expeditioner or better
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Experience implementing and managing third-party applications such as: Marketo, SMS Magic, Dayback, DocuSign, Talkdesk, Webmerge
-Experience with Salesforce/3rd-party ETL tools (Data Loader, DemandTools, Dataloader.io, etc.)
