Senior Project Manager - Licensed Architect - commercial, institutional, educational, and/or healthcare facilities
Location: Dallas Fort Worth

Currently, we are seeking a registered architect and project manager to produce the construction documents and collaborate within a multi-discipline team environment to maximize the use of resources to improve the design and build collaboration.

What You Will Be Doing
- Point of contact between owner, contractors and design team.
- Develop draft schedule and budget.
- Lead the buy-out and project set-up process.
- Prepare subcontracts and purchase orders.
- Experienced in resolving client, internal and external conflicts related to construction.
- Overall project coordination.
- Create positive team environment.
- Ability to monitor and project all project costs, billings, and cash flow.
- Responsible for all correspondence and documentation for the construction project.
- Work strategically with the site superintendent.
- Ability to review and follow specifications, drawings, and construction cost budget.
- Ability to identify any constructability issues as well as site logistics.
- Coordinates with site superintendent on construction activities.
- Insure proper quality control measures take place prior to all critical installations.
- Project forecasting cash flows, estimated cost at completion, project margins.
- Follow up after completion of the project, maintain contact with the owner during the guarantee period.
What You Need for this Position
Experience with most of the following:
- 10+ yrs. experience as a Project Manager or Sr. Project Engineer primarily in $5M+ commercial, institutional, educational, and/or healthcare facilities (but open to all project exp)
- Project Management
- Professional degree in Construction Management, Architectural or Engineering
- Registered Architect required; NCARB preferred
- Experience in assisting on projects during Bidding and Construction Administration
Bonus skills:
- Knowledge of Revit a plus
- Preconstruction/Estimating experience is a plus.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks project software
