Sr. Construction Project Manager - Airport/Aviation Facilities
Location: Anywhere near Dallas Fort Worth - will be a construction project at the DFW airport.

Currently, we are seeking a Sr. Construction Project Manager to support us through all phases of this Airport Terminal Expansion.

What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will oversee that construction projects are completed in accordance with the drawings and specifications, within budget, and on schedule, the incumbent is responsible for providing overall leadership, coordination, and monitoring of field construction activities and/or management of engineering services on projects of a variety of types.
" Will operate as a subject matter expert for all tasks associated with construction, including associated procedures.
" Handles reports to the senior project manager and stakeholders while overseeing several projects.
" Provide direct reporting performance feedback.
" Managing a sizable CM team that consists of construction managers and other CM support personnel as required and as permitted by DFW. Depending on the level of DFW building contract oversight activities, vary greatly.
" Examining current CM procedures and processes and recommending modifications or expansion.
" Manage the field activities, coordinate the timetable, and communicate with the end users and the relevant authorities (AHJ).
" Study the project delivery handbook and standard operating procedures, and instruct the appropriate team on the project's requirements.
" Strategic planning for the process, site operations, safety, and future requirements.
" Supporting the Senior Project Manager
What You Need for this Position
Must-Have:
- Aviation project experience (i.e. terminal expansions, renovations, etc)
- Extensive experience in the management of design and construction of aviation/airport improvement projects, existing and new facilities, or similar experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Proficient with construction document management platforms and/or related software.
Bonus skills (not required):
- Registered as a Professional Engineer, Certified Construction Project Manager, PMP, or related certifications
- Working knowledge in Alternative Delivery/DBB projects
