What You Will Be Doing
- Bringing properties up to speed while tenants are still occupying units
- Enjoy a large variety of projects to work on into 2030
- Regularly visit jobs sites to ensure quality and quality of various large scale projects in the San Diego area
- Responsible to lead, direct and manage project delivery in the field including management of all field operations, budget control, and schedule implementation
- Support construction management with the overall execution consistent with approved project programs and financial objectives through project turnover to Operations
- Ensure that construction requirements, quality expectations, and all other standards are met.
- Responsible for identifying issues and/or delays and implementing solutions
What You Need for this Position
- 4 year Bachelor Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in Multifamily Construction
- Valid drivers license; valid vehicle insurance
- Excellent disposition and customer service skills
- Occasional travel required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time, climb stairs, climb ladders, navigate scaffolding and walk moderate to long distances each day
