Software Engineer
Salary: Up to $95k + 6% Bonus
Requirements: 6+ years of experience in OOP and developing software for Motion Control

What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for working in an agile environment to help upgrade our legacy PLC code base from ladder logic to structured text in accordance with IEC 61131-3.
Develop Motion control software critical to shipping custom machinery
You will spend the majority of your time in a Visual Studio environment using OOP
This role is critical to overhauling our system and bringing it up to modern code. Over time you will be exposed to more and more motion control tasks. The innovation never stops here!
What You Need for this Position
REQUIRED
- B.S. in Electrical of Software Engineering
- 5+ years of experience programming PLCs using structured text (i.e. IEC 61131-3)
- Strong grasp of Object-oriented Programming
- Visual Studio experience
REQUIRED
- Experience with Beckhoff hardware and software
- CNC control programming
- Design of Motion Control
- Ability to read electrical schematics
