What You Will Be Doing
You will lead a team of 10-12 Java engineers in creating world class software applications. Key responsibilities include:
- Mentor and lead a team of talented engineers.
- Work closely with engineering to determine optimal architecture solutions
- Effectively interview, identify and onboard strong engineers.
- You will be fully responsible for the entire software development process. You will lead the design, testing and implementation of new products and new features in an Agile environment.
- Ensure delivery commitments are met and manage the delivery of quality releases.
- Stay abreast of industry trends
