We are a global tech leader in the semiconductor industry based in Andover, MA. We have been supplying cutting edge networking ASIC's and multi-chip solutions for the past 30 years. Due to growth we are seeking an experienced SI/PI Engineer who has experience with Signal Integrity, Power Integrity, Power Network Analysis, SPICE, PSPICE, HSPICE, Circuit simulation.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be responsible for signal / power integrity analysis and measurements, develop channel simulation models, and develop test plans to validate signal integrity.

What You Need for this Position

Must Have Skills:

1.) Experience with Signal / Power integrity
2.) Experience with Power Network Analysis
3.) Experience with SPICE, PSPICE, HSPICE, and SPICE circuit simulation
4.) Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related

Nice to have skills:

1.) Knowledge of DRAM technology including: DDR3, DDR4, LPDDR4, and interface signaling
2.) Experience with Ansys HFSS, SIwave, Electronic desktop
3.) Experience with Cadence Allegro/APD
4.) Scripting (Python, Perl, Tcl
