What You Will Be Doing
- Developing elaborate WordPress plugins and themes
- Leverage WordPress APIs to open up the Admin experience
- Use simple methods to solve complex issues
- Quickly debug issues and client issues
- Test solutions across multiple platforms
- Work directly with clients
- Deploy changes to live serves
- Mentor junior engineers and do periodic code reviews with them
What You Need for this Position
Must Have Skills:
-5+ years of Backend Web Development
- Vast knowledge of WordPress platform and APIs
- Expert in PHP
- Expert in JavaScript, ReactJS, and jQuery
- Expert in HTML and CSS
- Experience with Git
- Experience debugging performance and caching issues
- Experience testing PHP code in a local test environment
