What You Will Be Doing
- Participates with a team on tax engagements of various clients
- Exhibits a thorough understanding of generally accepted tax standards and common tax procedures and techniques
- Possesses technical knowledge sufficient to supervise associate accountants
- Establishes quality client relationships and loyalty
- Training and mentoring staff
- Identifies and communicates accounting matters to supervisors, managers and partners
- Provides excellent customer service with timely communication
What You Need for this Position
- Knowledge of current federal and state tax laws
- 4-6 years experience
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
- QuickBooks proficiency a plus
- ProSystem fx proficiency a plus
