We are looking for a senior superintendent to take on the responsibility of a fast moving multi-family project. We are looking to create a powerful team for future projects in Los Angeles and is seeking an individual with professional aspirations.

What You Will Be Doing
Manage Ground-up Type-III and Type V stick frame Multifamily podium and wrap projects.
Projects ranging in the $20-90M+, 200+ units, 5 to 7 stories
What You Need for this Position
At Least 10 Years of experience and knowledge of:
- Multi-family
- mid-rise construction
- woof-frame over podium
-wrap construction
-hotel experience with same wood frame over podium structure is acceptable
-5 over 2 is preferred experience
