What You Will Be Doing
Including but not limited to the following:
- Collect and ensures daily reports and weekly safety reports are complete and accurate.
- Supervise and schedule craft employees and/or other on-site company personnel in person
- Ensure that all on-site personnel complies with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc.
- Coordinate and direct all subcontractor and vendor deliveries to ensure timeliness and efficient placement on site.
- Conduct weekly subcontractor meetings and on-site safety orientation meetings.
- Coordinate with project team to create RFIs, check the status of all the answers to ensure they have been incorporated into the project, and distribute to all subcontractors and keep records accurate.
- Verify and ensure the subcontractor completes the assigned scope of work.
What You Need for this Position
- 10-15+ years of construction industry experience
- At least 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent
- Experience with Commercial projects of $50-100M+
- Project experience with the following markets: Healthcare, Data Centers, Higher Education (Highly Preferred)
- Experience managing a commercial project from start to finish
-Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (Preferred)
