Located in Southern California, we are a Platform as a Service business that develops and manages numerous web apps and online solutions for content producers in numerous global industries, including adult. We manage tens of millions of transactions per day, and our expansion is quick. Our goal is to democratize streaming by offering unmatched, user-friendly service platforms where content producers can establish welcoming online communities for deep virtual connections.

We use TypeScript on the frontend and Python/Django on the backend with microservices in Java, Golang and Rust. We are looking for someone that is an expert with Wowza broadcasting engines and streaming best practices.

What You Will Be Doing

- Take part in tech conversations to determine the best ways to reduce latency.
- Develop strategies to increase GPU effectiveness.
- Design new features to guarantee excellent video quality.
- Maintain Wowza upgrades

What You Need for this Position

- Prior practical experience overcoming difficulties like enhancing GPU performance and visual latency
- Extensive understanding of sockets and networking
- The capacity to produce readable, efficient, and OOP-compliant code
- Knowledge of concurrency and multithreaded programming
- Proficiency with various audio and video codecs as well as Wowza, HLS, RTP, WebRTC, and other streaming and transcoding technologies.
