What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact on larger, more complicated projects or on multiple projects with supporting management staff. You will be responsible for all aspects of the project(s) including project team performance, cost, quality, schedule, and safety. Maintain relationships with Clients, Architects, Consultants and Subcontractors. Daily activities are conducted to promote the company's vision, mission and core values.
What You Need for this Position
At least 8 years of experience and:
- Multi-family
- OSHA certification preferred
- Project Management Software experience
