We are a commercial construction company looking to add a Senior Project Manager to our team in Boston/Boston area.

What You Will Be Doing

The job responsibilities include the ability to manage all phases of preconstruction and construction including:

- Assist with assembling and writing proposals
- Good communication skills
- Procurement
- Estimating
- Schedule Creation, Management and Updates
- Project financials such as contracts, invoices, change orders and cost reporting

What You Need for this Position

- Degree in construction management or engineering or equivalent experience
- 7-10+ years experience as a project manager
- Ideal candidate will have experience in commercial interiors construction
- Experience with project management and estimating software
