We are seeking a talented, data focused Senior Product Manager to join our team!
We are a venture backed social video company that connects people through face-to face video conversations about current events. Our company is backed by top tier VC funds, pro athletes, and celebrities, and we are excited about the opportunity we have to bring disruption to the social media landscape.
*While we are headquartered in Los Angeles (and prefer you are local)...we will hire remote for the right person!
What You Will Be Doing
This is a key position which includes working closely with the CEO and product owners to establish strategy, product life cycle management, and successfully launch new product releases. This role is an opportunity to be hands on with our team and to make a significant impact at the company.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create and manage product roadmaps and release schedules
- Drive the data and insights culture within the company
- Collaborate and ideate with the team to capture insights, KPIs, and prioritize product and engineering initiative
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
- Apply data-driven approach to identify and prioritize areas of opportunity for increasing KPIs
What You Need for this Position
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience applying data analysis techniques to solve problems
- Comprehensive understanding of quantitative and qualitative data (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, etc)
- Experience in agile methodology (SCRUM, Kanban, etc)
- Experience extracting insights from data, and summarizing learnings
- Strong skills in A/B testing, user research, and storytelling
- Attention to detail, every product input counts in our startup environment
- A highly curious and consistently learning / self-improving individual
- Enjoys a fast paced & collaborative work environment
- Great all around communication skills and team player
Bonus Points
- Experience managing product for an application with a high user base
- Experience with audio or video apps
- Technical/product engineering background is a plus
- A love for social media!
