We are building the next generation of mental health care by leveraging data from IoT devices (e.g. smartphones, wearables) to offer truly personalized therapy experiences.
Our founder was on the early team at Calm, Oura & Akili (all $1B+ mental health companies) & understands how to translate raw sensor data from patients' smartphones into insights and predictions our therapists will use to guide treatment.
We've already signed 6 of the 7 largest insurance companies in the country at much higher pay rates than our competitors!
This Senior Mobile Engineer role is an opportunity to work side-by-side with the CEO to build new systems that save lives.
We're looking for a seasoned mobile engineer to take ownership of our mobile applications (built primarily with React Native), to change the way therapy is delivered across the United States.

What You Need for this Position
Required
-5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
-Prior startup experience at a fast-growing, early-stage, technology company.
-2+ years of experience using React Native in a released application on iOS and Android. If not, we would like someone to be strong with React and willing to learn/work with React Native.
-2+ years of experience writing JavaScript code regardless of the flavor, i.e., TypeScript.
-Recent experience building mobile applications is required. You should have contributed to iOS and Android applications within the last year.
Preferred
-Experience building mobile applications for a healthcare company, including handling sensitive patient data and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
-Experience doing passive data collection from users using iOS and Android applications.
-Love the experience of autonomy, mastery, and purpose that comes with joining a fast-moving startup and owning the mobile application experience.
