What You Will Be Doing
Requirements:
1.) Appling diversified engineering principles and practices to design projects relative to mechanical design that encompass considerable scope and complexity
2.) Perform complex assignments requiring development of new/and or improved techniques and procedures
3.) Participate in the interpretation, update, and/or creation of Standards of Practice
4.) Perform the duties of a Project Engineer
5.) May serve as contact for clients and contractors- Communications skills a plus
6.) May act as quality coordinator for discipline led projects
7.) Suggesting new ideas and processes, staying informed of developments in practice areas and viewing obstacles as opportunities
What You Need for this Position
Requirements:
1.) 5+ Years experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire prevention
2.) Licensed PE
3.) Advanced in Revit
4.) Proficient in CAD
5.) Prior experience creating/designing internal piping processes and/or working on commercial and/or industrial structures is a plus
6.) Ability to use advanced techniques and modification and extension of theories, precepts, and practices in developing designs
7.) Ability to perform QA/QC on drawings from drafters, designers, and/or design engineers on projects
8.) Working knowledge of Industry Standard (ISA) P & ID development and evaluation
