We are an industry leading Real Estate Development and Construction firm with over 40 years in the business. With our extensive pipeline of projects continuing to grow, we are looking to bring on a Construction Coordinator to help elevate our team and projects.

What You Will Be Doing

- Responsibility for the day-to-day onsite management of the project
- Scheduling, Ordering Materials, etc...
- Maintain the site specific quality control plan
- Maintain the site specific safety plan
- Maintain client relationships with subcontractors, owners, suppliers, city officials, etc...

What You Need for this Position

- 3-10+ Years Experience Leading Construction Projects
- Multi-Family
- Podium
- Mid Rise
- Wood-Framing
- $15 Mil + Projects
- 10 + Years Construction Experience

Strong Plus:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a related field
