We are building an entirely new platform from scratch and looking for multiple Senior Backend Developers who can take responsibility for development tasks during Agile Sprints! This person will focus on documenting programs, developing + implementing new features, supporting layered architecture for web apps, and various back-end systems supporting other initiatives within our org.

What You Will Be Doing
Provide leadership to the team in an Agile environment (daily standups, sprint planning, etc)
Act as a technical consultant with upper management
Lead analysis + design tasks
Use our CI/CD processes for releases
Debug apps in your IDE of choice
Troubleshoot and resolve performance and reliability issues with the teamWhat You Need for this Position
We are looking for someone with mentorship experience who is still actively contributing to development work!
Required:
JAVA 8 or higher
J2EE Frameworks Spring & Spring Boot
Knowledge of one RDBMS and one NoSQL/Unstructured DB
CNP: AWS, GCP, or Azure
Preferred:
- Quarkus
- Kubernetes
- DevOps, Release management, SCM tools, Code Quality tools, Build tools, etc.
- Big Data
- Elastic Search.
