What we provide is a no-cost tool to Higher Education Institutions. This tool gathers consistent and quality information regarding applicants neighbor and high school background data to help admissions officers fully consider all students.
What You Will Be Doing
- You will contribute to all phases of the project and learn new skills you do not current possess
- Design and implement high-quality software using AWS cloud technologies
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders, in support of our systems and services
- Build solutions using the best practices of Agile, CI/CD, and DevOps
- Work as part of the Agile team in a poly-skilled development environment
- Participate in Agile SCRUM ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Grooming, Daily SCRUM, Demo) and contribute to team deliverables
- Assist in the identification and resolution of production issues
- Ensure the team is adhering to development standards and security policies and procedures
What You Need for this Position
To Be Considers You Must Have:
- At least 5 years of Programming Experience
- 2+ yrs of REACT/ Node Experience
- 2+ years of Direct AWS Experience (Bonus Points for experience developing applications on AWS)
- 2+ years of Direct Experience with Database Technologies
- Experience building API's or other back-end services
Great to Have Skills:
- Working in a Agile/SRUM environment
- CI/CD and DevOps Experience
- Experience with TypeScript
- CloudFormation and/or AWS (CDK)
