This person will be developing new business and connect with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and use our proprietary software and tools to fill those needs.

What You Will Be Doing
-Business Development to build relationships with hiring managers (CEO/CTO/VPs) to assess hiring needs
-Act fast on those needs and use our Cloud based software to find candidates fast (seriously fast!)
-Connect with candidates to ensure they fit for the role and find them their dream job
What You Need for this Position
-At least 1 year of experience working in a recruiting agency, running a FULL DESK (client/candidate side)
-Experience with business development and B2B sales
-Driven, enthusiastic personality. Money motivated!
-Creative and entrepreneurial mindset to run and operate your own business!
