What You Will Be Doing

- Working as a part of a small but focused team of experts in the field utilizing the latest tech stack.
- Designing, building, and maintaining a variety of projects that span multiple areas and programming languages (desktop and Web, C# and C++)
- Designing and writing well-designed, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Being proactive, coming up with new ideas, and being willing to share knowledge.
- Following the company standards and plans as specified by the Lead Developer and/or CTO.
- Improving the scalability and performance of the existing Web and desktop applications.
- Ability to work in an Agile environment, delivering the work under minimum supervision and on schedule.

What You Need for this Position

Must have a Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science or a similar degree with 5+ years of experience with the following:

- Strong C# and .NET with a focus on the latest versions (.NET 6 or above preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with Windows desktop and Web applications
- C++ on Windows experience would be a plus
- Strong problem-solving and design skills
- Knowledge of common design patterns and best practices (SOLID, loosely coupled architecture, separation of concerns etc.)
- Azure DevOps (Git, CI/CD experience, can build/modify Azure pipelines)
- Visual Studio 2022
- SQL Server and/or Azure data storage experience

Preferred:

- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure preferred but AWS or Google Cloud are fine as well)
- C++, Windows Audio a bonus
