Located in Austin, TX and remote solely because of COVID, we are an energy storage and facilitation startup. We can't wait to be back onsite, working alongside each other again, once it's safe! Our 150 person firm - headquartered in Austin with offices in Europe - is just under 9 years "old," still functioning with limited red tape and a nimbleness and flow that allows for creative problem solving and ample career development.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be leading a 5 person engineering team in a hands-on capacity. This role is roughly 25% hands-on - heavy Python code, code review, SQL, and architecture - and 75% mentoring, career development, hiring, leading, guiding, and growing.
