Based in Dallas, TX, we are a top 20 design firm on the ENR 500. From airside to landside, we have a long history of delivering a wide range of services and projects including terminals, runways, airport systems and planning to the largest airports in the country through a variety of project delivery methods.

What You Will Be Doing

- Responsible for providing overall leadership, coordination, and monitoring of field construction activities and/or management of engineering services on projects of a diverse nature in accordance with design specifications to assure that construction projects are completed in compliance with the drawings and specifications, within budget, and on schedule.
- Will serve as a subject matter expert on all construction-related activities including related processes.
- Manages multiple projects and handles reporting to Senior Project Manager and stakeholders.
- Provide feedback on performance to direct reports.
- Overseeing an extensive CM team that includes, as needed and approved by DFW, construction managers, and other CM support staff. Varies extensively depending on the degree of DFW construction contract oversight activity.

What You Need for this Position

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or relevant degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or in lieu of education, 14 years of relevant experience.
- Aviation projects with a focus on vertical construction but may include civil work airside and landside. Projects may include green space builds, terminal spaces, large-scale renovations, demolitions, and interior finish-outs.
- Experience in Alternative Delivery and DBB projects
- 14 CFR Part 139 familiarity

Nice to have Skills Include:
- Professional Engineer (PE), American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Construction Manager (CCM), or National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies (NICET) Level III.
