What You Will Be Doing
You will be responsible for:
- Building and leading a team of engineers delivering a cloud based archival and retrieval engine
- Designing, developing and implementing solutions
- Working on 3rd part API integrations
- Working with cross functional teams
- Staying abreast of technology trends and making recommendations for change
- Ensuring coding best practices are adhered to
What You Need for this Position
- Excellent NodeJS
- Working with 3rd Party APIs and integrating services
- JavaScript
- Directing DevOps
- Entity relationship databases (ideally PostgreSQL and other dbs such as MySQL or open dbs like Mongo)
Nice to have (NOT essential):
Heroku dynos, Wasabi, database architecture and schemas, AI engines like IBM Watson, Express.js, Socket.io, CI/CD tools, Agile
