We are an industry leading and dynamic organization providing construction management, environmental, engineering, architectural, and program management solutions for our public and private sector clients. Our award winning designs include projects ranging from rehabilitation and expansion to new building design.

What You Will Be Doing

- Develop scopes for architectural & MEP services working with new & existing clients
- Manage design teams and oversee multiple projects at one time
- Negotiate fees for services
- Meet with regulatory agencies
- Review design documents and construction estimates
- Perform constructability reviews
- Schedule and manage architectural consultants

What You Need for this Position

- A degree in Architecture
- Registered Architect a+
- Experience pursuing clients in the Healthcare and Public Sector
- 15+ years experience in building design and construction document preparation
- Demonstrated knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office
- 3D Modeling experience with software such as SketchUp Pro, Rhino, 3DS Max or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Knowledge of local building codes
