Title: Sales Manager
Location: Plano Texas - National and Global Travel
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 Base + Commission + Override

This is a FULL-TIME Position, that will require global travel. We have been in business for over 70 years and are one of the most well-known OEMs in the food manufacturing industry. We are currently doing well. We are part of one of the largest food manufacturing corporations in the world.

1) Initially the focus will be on bringing in new accounts and clients.
2) We will also be providing a couple of existing clients to work on initially.
3) We have a standard close rate between 15% - 20% on our quotes. In the first two years we will be looking for someone to gain $40 - $50 Million in quotes and garnering $3-$6 Million in revenue.
4) After developing a pipeline and repeat clients we will start having this role hire new sales people to manage.
5) Occasional global travel, roughly 3 times a year. Travel to Canada and Mexico frequently. National travel to clients sites on the regular.
6) Set up and run trade show booths.
1) 8 Years of Sales experience in the Manufacturing Industry. Preferably Food Manufacturing.
2) 3 Years of Management Experience
3) Strong Communication, Organization and Technical Skills.
4) The ability to pick up and convert leads into clients
5) Skills in pushing clients toward a close.
6) The ability to understand our technology and how it can solve our clients problems.
7) Being a problem solver and finding solutions with our machinery for our client's problems.
8) Must live near, or be willing to relocate close to our Plano, TX plant.
