What You Will Be Doing
- You will become a lead Technical SME on our platform so that you can work with our talented sales team to bring in great new clients
- Make presentations to and answer questions from potential clients
- Stay up-to-date on private and public cloud, IT automation and current customers challenges
- This is a customer facing role so explaining complex concepts in a fashion people understand is important
What You Need for this Position
- Client-facing/Sales experience
- Proficiency in IT Automation & Extensibility (VMware vRealizeAuto, Orchestration, ServiceNow, Ansible, Puppet, etc.)
- Ability to write technical documents
