Title: Inside Sales Administrator / Coordinator
Location: Onsite (Farmington Hills, MI)
We are seeking a sales coordinator/admin to join our team. This person will speak to purchasing engineers of our customers, confirm inforamtion in our database, work closely with our engineers, and help with estimates. This person will also complete some admin tasks including handling the sales email inbox, and more.
We are seeking someone with some technical acumen when it comes to a manufacturing environment/automation equipment.
Qualifications:
Ability to understand high level operation of IWT's automation equipment
Ability to read 2D plant layouts and use that information to identify the correct equipment offering for each application
Ability to read and understand detailed customer specifications and use that information to create detailed proposals
Highly organized and able to prioritize
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
Detail oriented
Team player and works well with others
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience required.
