We're looking for an experienced Developer with in-depth experience in Ruby on Rails who will join our team of exceptional developers working in a fast-paced environment to deliver world-class software. We are a small team, so this person must be able to work very independently.
What You Will Be Doing
Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
- Full life-cycle development including requirements analysis, software architecture, designs, coding, unit test, integration and formal qualification.
- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby code
- Integration of data storage solutions -PostgreSQL
- Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
What You Need for this Position
- 4+ years of Ruby On Rails experience
- Understanding of the syntax of Ruby and its nuances
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools and external APIs
