Pay: Base to $60k-90k depending on experience

well. We are experienced in installing and maintaining a wide variety of roof systems throughout North America and is an award-winning applicator. What to expect
We are looking for a skilled Superintendent with experience completing all phases of large-scale roofing projects. Qualified candidates will have experience supervising; field employees, sub-contractors, and staff. Please note only considering local candidates at this time.
What You Will Be Doing
A roofing superintendent is responsible for leading roofing foremen to perform work safely and productively per specifications and to the standards of the company and customer.

"Visit job sites daily
"Conduct or participate in daily safety audits
"Train field staff in safety, work skills and efficiency
"Provide ongoing feedback to foremen regarding job performance
"Resolve complains and grievances; assist with discipline when necessary
"Discuss opportunities for professional development
"Conduct annual performance reviews
"Recommend raises and promotions
Ensure production and quality goals
"Maintain an understanding of contract information for jobs
"Track labor hours and production against stated goals
"Schedule materials, equipment and deliveries, paying special attention to using inventoried materials
"Monitor material usage, minimize waste, anticipate shortages and order materials as needed
"Coordinate, supervise and manage subcontractors
"Monitor quality of installations
What You Need for this Position
"3+ Superintendent with a similar size-roofing contractor and a minimum of 5+ of roofing experience
"Required: High school diploma.
"Excellent communication skills
"Ability to lift, carry and move items weighing in excess of 100 lb. occasionally
"The mobility to stand, bend and kneel repeatedly or for extended periods of time
"Ability to climb ladders frequently and work on elevated roof surfaces
"Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions, both hot or cold and in windy conditions
"Ability to operate tools that require extensive use of the hands
"Clean driving record a must/ Valid State Drivers License
