The successful candidate must have an understanding of commercial roofing systems, including EPDM, TPO, steep slope, single ply, and sheet metal, as well as exceptional sales and estimating abilities. What You Will Be Doing

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to identify and close new commercial sales opportunities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their objectives. You will also be responsible for providing estimated costs, negotiating contracts, and overseeing project installations.

What You Need for this Position

At least 3 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry is required. The successful candidate must also have excellent sales and estimating skills, a working knowledge of a variety of roofing systems, and experience in bidding and negotiating contracts.
