What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare and Review tax returns
- Develop and maintain working relationship with clients and internal staff
- Understand issues and legislation, exercising independent judgement to create solutions on tax returns as needed
- Mentor staff through participating in our mentoring program
- Assist with growing our firms client base and open to assisting marketing initiatives
- Other additional responsibilities
What You Need for this Position
- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- 5+ years experience specializing in at least a 50% or higher workload of individual returns
- CPA
- Strong leadership and communication skills
