An established IT Solutions Provider & Microsoft Partner is seeking to add an experienced Senior Microsoft Consulting Engineer specialized in Microsoft Collaboration & Teams Enterprise Voice to join a rapidly growing practice!
The ideal candidate will be a Microsoft Voice / Collaboration SME as well as have experience with other Microsoft Technologies (Office 365, Office 365, Skype for Business, MS Teams, Azure AD, Intune, etc). This role will be responsible for delivery and implementation of Microsoft Solutions for our customers with a focus on Teams Voice and Collaboration.
***This is a full time, remote position. You can be based anywhere in the U.S. and work remotely.
What You Need for this Position
- 6+ years design and implementation experience with Microsoft Solutions (Cloud, Voice, Security, Enterprise Mobility)
- Experience in a Professional services or IT consulting position working with multiple customers
- Microsoft Voice & Collaboration Solutions (MS Teams / Skype for Business, Telephony, etc.).
- SIP trunking
- PBX experience, Gateway/ SBC installs, etc.
- Office 365 Services: Intune, Azure AD Connect, etc.
- Experience with migrations from Exchange on prem to O365
- Any active and relevant certifications are a plus (MCSA/ MCSE)
- Able to work in fast paced, complex environments
- Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills
What You Will Be Doing
- Perform client consultation: planning, design, and implementation of Microsoft infrastructure, related hardware, and cloud services
- Develop and implement the technical architecture and physical design of the network: analyze existing voice and data networks and recommend solutions
- Troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and provide solutions to complex hardware/software, and cloud service issues
