Job Title: Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We are building the next generation of mental health care by leveraging data from IoT devices (e.g. smartphones, wearables) to offer truly personalized therapy experiences. Our founder was on the early team at Calm, Oura & Akili (all $1B+ mental health companies) & understands how to translate raw sensor data from patients' smartphones into insights and predictions our therapists will use to guide treatment.
We've already signed 6 of the 7 largest insurance companies in the country at much higher pay rates than our competitors! This Senior Full-Stack Engineer role is an opportunity to work side-by-side with the CEO to build new systems that save lives. We're looking for a seasoned Full-Stack Engineer to take ownership of our mobile applications (built primarily with React Native), to change the way therapy is delivered across the United States.

What You Will Be Doing
-Work alongside our Founding Engineer to co-lead frontend and backend web development.
-Build on top of our existing web application and APIs.
-Create smooth and secure interfaces for our patients and providers to use.
-Develop beautiful data visualizations for displaying patient biomarkers.
-Build HIPAA compliant backend systems for our patients and providers.
-Scale our APIs and platform as we onboard more patients and add more data.
-Co-own decisions about technologies and frameworks to use.
What You Need for this Position
Required
-5+ years of software engineering, with experience writing production code for frontend and backend
-2+ years experience with either React Native OR React
-Extremely strong communication skills and self-management
Preferred
-Prior startup experience at a fast-growing, early-stage, technology company.
-Experience building web or mobile applications for a healthcare company.
