What You Will Be Doing

- Partner with the borrower to get appropriate documentation
- Ensure all loan documentation is complete, accurate, verified, and complies with company policy.
- Review credit reports of buyer
- Meet metrics as defined by management.
- Work with borrowers, Mortgage Loan Originators, Underwriting and vendors
- 2 years of loan processing experience.
- Basic knowledge of underwriting terminology.
- Maintain knowledge of lending guidelines, investor programs, industry requirements, and changes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professional integrity.
- High level of customer service skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and quality-focused
