Job Title: REMOTE Multifamily Underwriter (FHA, Fannie Freddie)
Salary: $85k-$95k Base + 20% Bonus, Overtime, 401k Match, Full Benefits
Requirements: Multifamily, FHA or Fannie and Freddie
Based on the east coast, we are a stable, well established mortgage lending service.
We are a third party contract underwriting service for agencies, and specialize in Fannie and Freddie multifamily, MAP/LEAN, senior living, affordable housing, and student housing.
We work directly with Fannie an Freddie, and 8 of their 10 top lenders. Our organization has been in business for 15+ years and has around 200 employees.
Due to growth, we are actively hiring an Multifamily Underwriter experienced either working w/ Fannie and Freddie or FHA loans.
We're huge on training and promoting from within! For that reason, we're very open to interviewing junior Underwriters and/or Underwriting analysts into this position
