What You Will Be Doing

Ensure loans are in compliance, complete, and accurate to all policies and procedures. This applies to conventional, secondary market, Veteran's Administration (VA) and Federal Housing Authority (FHA) loans. Approve or disapprove loan requests.

What You Need for this Position

-Relevant training, 2 year degree or apprenticeship.
-Minimum 3 years of Mortgage Underwriting.
-Understand relevant mortgage technologies
-Good critical thinking and expertise of federal regulations and secondary market guidelines.
